Actually, I have tried a Mountain House dinner (Beef Stroganof) and found it to be inedible.  In truth, it was vile.  One bite almost killed me.  How do you screw up Beef Stroganof?  I would rather grind up an infected chicken and inject it under my skin than eat another Mountain House dinner.

Has anyone had a positive experience with them?

I have tried several meals and will gladly eat them again. I've yet to try the beef stroganof. MH is my intermediate 'lights out' food plan, after perishables/pantry items and prior to stored bulk goods.
