 hey folks i just found a good place to get white or blue 55 gallon water storage drums.  they are $20 shipped, $12 for the barrel and $8 for shipping

I ordered some barrels and accessories May 15th and have yet to hear from them. Someone on AR-15.com said that the owner has stopped shipping due to  postal cost.
 
Guess I'll have to call 'em.

Hi Pat,

I tried to order barrels and accessories for this website.  I talked to Mike Lacey and he said that it was not cost effective to ship out and that he was just selling them locally, I think out of Phoenix.  Anyway, his email doesn't work, his phone listing is disconnected and his fax number is actually his home number, no fax.  Just a heads up for anyone else thinking of buying from this guy.

Mike never 'collected' the PayPal payment. The order was cancelled. I'm still looking locally to no avail.

I don't know where you are in Fl, but a fellow in Plant City has 55 Gal food grade barrels for $10, they had pickles in them. If you can make the drive, I have his number. Jo

I appreciate the offer. I'm looking for 15 and 30 gallons barrels. If he has those please post the number. I'm in Manatee County and would be more than willing to make the drive.
