The "Better Than Cash Alliance" Has An Orwellian Plan

In the fall of 1910, under the pretense of a duck hunting trip, a group of powerful bankers, political figures, and businessmen met at Jekyll Island, GA to plan the creation of a central bank for the United States. The “game” that this elite group of “hunters” brought back to their ivory towers of Lower Manhattan and Capitol Hill was the blueprint for one of the most destructive financial institutions in modern history, the Federal Reserve.

One-hundred years later, another group of powerful bankers, political figures, and businessmen have converged to promote a cashless society, an economic system that would compel every man, woman, and child to utilize proprietary, government-monitored electronic systems to make purchases of any kind. This group, which calls itself the Better Than Cash Alliance, is as dangerous as the group of “outdoor enthusiasts” that met at Jekyll Island that fateful early-20th Century November.

And, just like the Jekyll Island group sold their grand plans based on a lie (they claimed that the Fed would guarantee liquidity in times of financial panics), theBetter Than Cash Alliance is selling the idea of a cashless society based on the farce that eliminating cash would stimulate entrepreneurship among the poor. In reality, the elimination of cash would reduce a great many opportunities for entrepreneurship for people of few means.

Kay you are so correct! The people you speak of want an Orwellian society so they run the people and we obey. We will all be workers or should I say you young people and your children will be workers while the super wealthy which includes Obama, Hillary, Bush, and all the rest of the Dems and Repubs who are running this country will live off of our labor and have all the power.

I predict now that in 50 years our kids and grandkids will be basically slaves. Sad but true because they gave up their freedoms for freebees like food stamps, free cell phones, and welfare. Like I keep repeating:

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.

Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage." -- Alexis de Tocqueville

We are in complacency to apathy and soon going to are almost into apathy to dependence. We will in the next 50 years be in bondage.

Sad but if you are young please mark my words and remember.
Always Be Prepared
