has anyone had any luck making the whole powdered eggs taste like eggs .i brouht a case thinking this is the real deal but can't get them to where i want them i did buy a can of egg whites which turn out to be great when mixed with p. milk  wish i would have brought a case of whites instead .other than baking with them don't know what to do with them anyone want to buy a couple of cans?surely i have enough for three life timesLOL thanks

I was told by another member that she lets the whole powered eggs stand for 5 minutes...This makes all the difference...
 
She says scrabble eggs are not bad and uses the eggs in baking as well.

i have a food dehydrator. i have dried a lot of stuff. i wonder if you could scramble eggs and dry them? i may try this soon. if the shtf i would surely miss my eggs. i have dried beef, vegetables, etc.

Mamooo - add a teaspoon of vanilla and a handful of bacon bits to the powdered eggs.
