                  Feed a family for $45. a week , Hillbilly Housewife uses all the prep items folk are gathering , she gives recipe plan and shoping list and what to do the night before its a great site .  Breakfast , lunch and dinner and breads and all goodies .  Good way to budget now , to prep extra while eating well and getting the family to get used to new tastes .
