With that many few cases in U.S., the CFR is a monster with this one.

With obvious community spread happening, and only a few confirmed cases...   I doubt they are even detecting 1 in 100 cases, or more likely 1 in a 1000.

Does that mean China wasn't telling the truth?  Ooooh!  I'm so surprised!

This is a post from Surgeon General

Seriously people- STOP BUYING MASKS!

They are NOT effective in preventing general public from catching
, but if healthcare providers can’t get them to care for sick patients, it puts them and our communities at risk!

The government doesn't want general public to protect themselves from the Wuhan Virus because they are NOT effective but they are effective for the healthcare   providers

This doesn't make any sense

Just like "The Air is Safe" after 9/11 if anybody remember this one

It was going to happen eventually. It was just a matter of time.

It’s undoubtedly here in the community, but the infected aren’t showing symptoms yet. A couple of weeks and we’ll know.

Italy is at 1100 cases now, Iran is at 600. Just like South Korea, it’s exponential. This virus is sloooowly imbedding itself and hiding behind the incubation period.

"Buy it cheap. Stack it deep"
"Any community that fails to prepare, with the expectation that the federal government will come to the rescue, will be tragically wrong." Michael Leavitt, HHS Secretary.

If you have the population of the U.S. Buying masks none of the health care worker would have them.  Problem is 80% of people do not need them but no one knows who.  So I think they need masks for the medical people so they say don't buy masks.  I have masks from a few years ago and only willing user them if I have to go out.

Not a good place to start...

Washington state officials flag potential coronavirus outbreak at nursing home

Officials from Washington said on Saturday that two of three confirmed coronavirus cases in the state had links to a long-term care facility in the city of Kirkland, and more than 50 other residents and staff of the facility could be symptomatic.

It was unclear whether a patient who died from coronavirus in Washington – reported earlier on Saturday – was connected to the facility. The death was of a male in his 50s with underlying health conditions, according to officials.

Jeff Duchin, a public health official in Seattle and King County, said that 27 residents and 25 staff members of long-term care facility Life Care had “some sort of symptoms.” (Reporting by Michael Erman in New York, Editing by Rosalba O’Brien)

Found these signs at Life Care Center of Kirkland “No Visitors: We Are Having Respiratory Outbreak.”

confirms- there are about 27/108 residents and 25/180 staff who have reported symptoms that might suggest coronavirus.
