It has been in the works for a long time. At least people are finally noticing. If everyone will think about how to keep each other alive then we will be able to defend our territory instead of killing each other. This class warfare stuff is divide and conquer.

I prefer Balkanization.
 
The left and right have absolutely nothing in common. They agree on nothing and hate each other with a vigor I've never before seen. They don't just hate each other, they absolutely loathe each other. I've never seen a time where two sides of the same country are more than willing to, and would happily kill each other stay together.
 
One side calling the other side scum has pretty much been par for the course since time began. Calling the other side treasonous and seditious for the simple act of disagreeing with your side? People have a nasty tendency to put each other to death for violating those ones.
 
Treason and Sedition are terms that get thrown around just before bullets get thrown around.
 
It's about time to divvie this country up along ideological lines, have a mutual defense pact, and move the hell on.

I seem to remember Gore Vidal calling William Buckley a nazi and Bill threatening to punch Vidal in the face on national tv but I don't ever remember this much vitiol. Even during the Nixon era the two Parties tried to work together. Barry Goldwater use to represent the far Right, now they would say he's to liberal and run a tea partyer against him.

We'll have to divide it into fourths, the North East, the south, the West and California. Alaska and Hawaii can vote on which section to join.
