My question is: "who's the true coward and villain in the Florida school shooting?"

Is it the Deputy who was probably carrying a 9mm or 45 cal. glock holding 17 - 13 rounds respectively with a range of 50 - 60 yds. who was expected to go up against an assault weapon designed to lay down suppressing fire of 45 rounds a minute at 600 yards ( That's about a 30 round magazine every 40 seconds!) or is it the politicians who refuse to ban these weapons for fear of losing their jobs, who take millions of dollars every year from the NRA, a non-profit (LOL) that gets most of their money from the gun manufacturers they lobby for?!
Think about the name "Assault weapon"! It's not a defensive weapon or a hunting weapon, it's a weapon designed to "assault beaches and fortified positions! Why does anyone need a 20-30 round clip or a flash suppressor?
It's time for our politicians to man up and do the right thing! What they know in their hearts is the right thing to do! And if their soul is too cold or they're too stupid or greedy or uncaring to help keep our children from being killed in their schools then it's time for all of us to send them back home!
I love shooting sports! Always have but I'd give all mine up if I knew it would save my child or my grand child’s life! Would you?

P.S. I know the differance between an assault rifle and an assault weapon and I love shooting both but we must stop this madness!
Buy more ammo!

At first I was shocked to hear that the school resource officer hadn't gone in, but thinking about it now, I can well imagine that it sounded like several shooters from outside. Waiting for back up when you're alone and only carrying a handgun and clearly facing far more firepower isn't something you should be vilified for every day by the President - especially given his record of running from a fight. Calling the man a coward by name is a cheap shot, and a distraction from what needs to be done. Now Trump and the GOP are even talking about backing away from a bump stock ban.

"Buy it cheap. Stack it deep"

Yes, this is not "pot calling kettle black".  It is coal calling chalk black!  Cheap does not quite seem to be a nasty enough adjective.  WHAT A SLIMEBALL!!  Not that any of his supporters will see that.

I would like to think I would: "Run in and end it." But I do not know.

What I do know is I would not draft-dodge; neither would I insult the courage of a person too sensible to take on someone far more heavily armed.

There are hypocrites and HYPOCRITES.

I think you all know which I think Trump is.
