Now this has  been said in some earlier posts, but we have some new people in here. The advice is, when you buy food for prepping go to the cheaper stores to get it or buy the supermarket own brand its loads cheaper than getting expensive name brands and helps speed up your stock of supplies as you can buy more.Im not saying go cheap on everything as you need your treats and comfort foods too as its good for morale and great for the kids, but for the most part  IMOH should be cheaper. Now i can bet you anything there will be one or two people out there that will say NO way will i set foot in that store or buy the cheaper brands, and thats fine if you have plenty of money. But for those that have to count the Pounds or Dollors dont let pride stop you making sure you and your family are safe,or one day you may think if BF hits i wish i went to that cheap store now!!!
