   If it has been a while since you have had a physical, wellness checkup, complete blood panel, or dental exam, now is the time to do so. Many problems can be avoided if caught early enough. 
It would be terrible if you ignored something and then in the middle of pandemic desperately needed a doctor and could not get one. Yes, people will get non-flu illnesses during pandemic, but many things can be avoided with preventive care. 
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.... 
and during a pandemic it is worth so much more!
