You're welcome Wink
I've seen the 52 weeks to preparedness before, but I didn't know that it was part of a larger website. There's a ton of great prepping tips on there, and I only skimmed through it quickly. Thanks again for sharing.

Not yet. I don't do bow or black powder anymore and modern gun doesn't open until Saturday. Hopefully I'll be at the butcher shop before the game starts though!

I shoot a Henry 10 + 1 .357/38 special until I get the first one and then I pistol hunt with either my BlackHawk or RedHawk the rest of the season.

I know a lot of people prefer the Marlin or even Rossi but I just love the feel of a Henry. The action was like butter right out of the box.

Thanks, that is an impressive site!

Solar Cycle 24 is ramping up again, we seem to have two solar maximums in one cycle (very strange).  If we get nailed by a major solar flare coronal mass ejection (CME), kiss your i-phone goodbye, it will only be useful as a fishing sinker.

The only technology we can absolutely trust in this event will be a well-oiled firearm and plenty of ammo.  Just sayin'.....
