   Years ago, I first put on the net - one of the first in the world to do so - the video of a hooded man standing on a chair - being shocked - tortured - and later scenes of men, women, and children - many of whom were not terrorists being submitted to the worst forms of torture. At one point I had posted what was done to these human beings was beyond in scope to the crucifixion of Christ only with water-boarding - defecation and urination on people - and isolation naked in icy cold or with noise blasting at airport level decibels for days at a time. 

No doubt, 9-11-01 and the death of so many was truly something horrific in history. Yet, while terrorists in the U.S. like the Oklahoma City bombing have been tried and convicted - closing this place of subhuman treatment to POWs on the war on terror - is the beginning of bringing the guilty to justice and the innocent - a statement of the freedom the U.S. proclaims to the world and a system of justice and fairness to even to most guilty. 

Yes, some of these are highly dangerous - but there is no room for torture and a situation which rivals the very barbarism we have accused other nations and religions of. 

Perhaps our Commander in Chief may have not fulfilled many of the promises made, but this one - and watched by the eyes of the world... hopefully will be resolved. 

All of this - proclaiming the barbarism of it to the world on the Internet cost me dearly. Letters were sent by women and captives who were rounded up and had nothing to do with any plots or acts of terrorism. 

No real valuable information according to many NSA, CIA, and FBI studies can be obtained versus using other techniques and methods of persuasion to get them.  

So many sad losses and crusades to end something which was something beneath us as a people and a nation.
