Al-Nusra Who are they? What do they want?

Even recently it has been alleged that the U.S. and their allies formed and financed ISIS i.e. ISIL much like they did the Mujaheddin to drive the Russians out of Afghanistan. ISIS was intended to drive Bashar Hafez al-Assad (Arabic: بشار حافظ الأسد‎ Baššār Ḥāfiẓ al-ʾAsad, from power in Syria. Assad brought in the Russian ground forces and military to fight ISIS however it would appear mostly to protect them from the group. Yet there are other explanations for ISIS, prominent and brutal example of a proclaimed Islamic state (not recognized by any country) is the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL aka ISIS) which is a Sunni Muslim terrorist organization that gained ground in Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussain and in Syria during the Syrian Civil War. led a group who were very small in number and had to even pay fighters guns to pose on videos did not exist before 9-11.  Now we find a new group - Al-Nusra declaring ware on ISIS and very active in the Syrian conflict. Who are these people? How do they fit in the current world situation? Whether or not the U.S. created either Al Queda (who original name meant "toilet bowl" and were made up to somehow prosecute a group under mobster laws in New York). There have been other allegations that Saudi Arabia was responsible for the attack and it had little to do with Usama bin Laden.

Only getting started in this thread since it appears that whether or not the original "Al Queda" even existed Al Nusra is a growing and violent terrorist group who are having a serious impact in the war in Syria.

It is the absence of anything intelligent in most of the news, that is chilling. No longer are many of America's youth taught Christianity, morality, or the values and faith that made the U.S. at one time the greatest nation on earth in military power and prosperity.

In the name of freedom, we encourage the most extreme elements of our society, while abandoning that which is stable, the family, and the church.  What are the enemies of the U.S. and the free world doing as we lapse into complacency and grow obese and less and less educated? They are training and instructing children from the time they can first listen and speak to wage Jihad and kill  everyone who is not Muslim.

Only 5% of the ISIS wins in the Middle East have been reclaimed. Radical Islamic groups are learning new technology, and how to influence and use the media. There is a battle in Syria to establish an independent Islamic state that is outside ISIS, Assad, and all the foreign forces there. As the Brits once learned that traditional warfare would fail against the America during the revolution fighting from cover of trees and bushes, now in the world it is those fighting from the shadows who will be the greatest danger.

If we abandon our military, our classic moral values, and the basic structure of a family, with a masculine father and feminine mother, children who respect and honor their parents, and are disciplined and brought up to know what is right and wrong, nations will fall, be invaded, as they rot from within.

As these radicals swarm into our countries, it is only a matter of time until America, U.K. and Europe become the battle zone. If the extremists could state simply what has happened they would say
"You knew we were coming - expect us."
