	It could just be a total inability to test for the virus. The real numbers of infected could be HUGE! It could have mutated/reassorted with MERS or done a host of other nasty things; all possible. But we would be guessing. We know the health system there is less than useless, so just uncounted thousands of undiagnosed infected is the most likely senario.

	I'd bet the 388 represent the 20% that need medical care. The other 80% with mild symptoms are not seeking (or it's not available) care.

	I saw on the news that they won't close their shrines or temples. That's madness. We saw them all kissing a screen of religious imagery, one after the other. What an effective way to spread an illness.
