Help- need to find dry milk conversion

   Somebody had posted a series of recipes, how to make sour cream, buttermilk, whip cream etc etc from dry milk and other ingredients. Does anybody have the URL available? Could you PM it to me, please? We had a death in the family and don't know yet when we'll leave or return. Would hate to miss it a second time. Thanks!!!!
