There are only 10 cases so far and those were probably infected in San Diego or Santa Cruz.

Yep, we've got it down here in San Diego. Pretty bad outbreak. I was vaccinated a few years ago on the advice of my doctor because of the problem of sewage spills from Tijuana contaminating the ocean.

Maricopa County public health officials say a hepatitis A outbreak linked to 17 deaths in San Diego has been contained in Arizona, with only 15 known cases and no deaths
