herbal remedy book?

   I would like to begin stocking herbal medicines but have no idea where to begin.  I see people writing about Sambucol, oregano oil,  and others but it's pretty overwhelming for a rookie like me.

Is there a general herbal remedies manual that anyone would recommend?

	You can look up Native American herbal remedies on the web and there is all kinds of books. I have The Green Pharmacy, and Jude's Herbal remedies, and an old book that my grandmother gave me before she died. Libraries have them and you can check them out before you buy them. Tom Brown Jr. has books out with great herbal remedies all that were given to him by a Native American gentleman. He also has survival books out too. Hope it helps! Best of Luck
