Wow, I can't believe it's July already. Our garden is going really well, we have tons of tomatoes, jalapenos, spinach, lettuce, squash and strawberries. Been eating a lot of squash, baked squash, deep fried squash, squash casserole, grilled squash. Eating a lot of salads, making peco de gallo, fried green tomatoes. Been giving squash away, lol.
