If you look at a map of China and match up the reported cases in the latest report, H7N9 has managed to cover a remarkable amount of ground. What are the odds that it will jump to North Korea if it can establish a foothold in the provinces north of Beijing? There's a lot of immune compromised, malnourished people, and a crappy healthcare system waiting just across the border Shocked
