I haven't been able to receive email notifications from AFT for months now. Can someone fix this problem for me?

Well, I checked your settings & you do have it set to notify you when someone replies to a post you've posted in.
 
The only other place to check is at the bottom of the text box where you write a post... the second one says Email Notify me of Replies & it will either be checked or unchecked.
 
It is hit & miss for me also though.  I've subscribed to darn near everything & sometimes I do not get the notifications.
