Well, I'm FINALLY seeing some articles about North Korea's presumed capabilities in biowarfare!
This is very likely, as biowarfare is possible for far less investment than nuclear weapons, can be imported from other countries (Russia especially), and would be well suited for a country like NK.

I'd worry more about a surreptitious attack on Western food supplies (our food processing supply chain is wide-open) more than aerosol sprays, ICBMs or other junk like that.
