Putting a highly infectious ill person (or animal) on transport with the goal of spreading disease is a primitive way of bio-war. "They" proberbly may have tested it several times...
In combination with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberwarfare" rel="nofollow - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberwarfare there could be global conflict without a single shot. Countries, organizations, persons may be under attack without them knowing they are being targeted. (Is this a plan for North Korea ???)
