and I think the use of the word pathologies is very appropriate


"Why are American kids killing each other? Why doesn’t their society care enough to intervene?"


what does it say about a society that "DOESN'T CARE ENOUGH TO INTERVENE"  ????

we see these mass murders of children over and over and over

and ALL we get is "thoughts and prayers" ????

take yer thoughts and prayers and put 'em where the sun don't shine

if you really and truly care about someone or some thing YOU ACT

It stems from the top.  No health service, a death penalty, justice only for those rich enough to pay, mental health services for the rich-enough only; America values money not life.  If the state does not value it's people, where is the role-model to value each other?

Lots of other countries have loose gun laws.  They do not have multiple mass shootings.

Sadly, you may need to take the guns away now, as it would start the demonstration of human worth.  But, unless you address the deeper ills, it will be a band-aid stuck over a torn major artery.  If all you do is remove or reduce the legally held guns.  The crimminals will still have them.

Your whole society is sick.   Removing guns treats a symptom.  But, you desperately need to address the underlying problem.
