The hepatitis A outbreak in Michigan is leading to another state issuing a travel advisory.
Indiana’s Department of Health says people should get vaccinated for hepatitis A before they travel to Michigan or Kentucky.
There have been more than https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/0,5885,7-339-71550_2955_2976_82305_82310-447907--,00.html" rel="nofollow - 800 cases of hepatitis A in Michigan since August 2016, along with 25 deaths.
Cases
of the disease have been reported in Isabella and Grand Traverse
counties, as well as in Clare, Leelanau, Mecosta and Newaygo counties.
