The blurb on  Google suggested that this was about an improved flu shot.

I can't access the article, probably because of the cookie-control laws here in the UK, but here is the link for those wishing to give it a go:

If any of you decide to try - and succeed, please post it so I can read it too.  Cry

Your approach tallies with the one my doctor's surgery follow.

They vaccinate the most vulnerable and the medical staff every year.

The rest of us get a shot when a nasty strain is suspected.

I suspect this approach is driven by the humble pound, but it does make a great deal of sense overall.  I expect there are cumulative effects, good and bad*,  so that makes a great deal of sense.

*There is some evidence that exposure from repeated vaccinations helps build up an overall tolerence.  There is also the suspicion that too many vaccinations overall can be a contributing factor to developing some autoimmune diseases.  If there is mercury in your jab, that is also cumulative; not usually enough even then to be problematic, but are you also a lover of, the mercury rich, tuna or swordfish?
