Wishing a great New Year to you all. Stay safe. As a move towards citizen democracy Finland has a law that if a proposal can get enough votes in a certain time then Parliament would have to debate it. (Well most of those proposals that pass the hurdle are rejected because they are so badly written it is impossible to put them into law.) Now, because of multiple injuries there is a major campaign here to get Parliament to ban the private sale of fire-works. |
