hi...They say people have been very cooperative and thoughtful staying at home for a week to keep the spread down.  Papers in place are for people who are not able to cooperate...

So note, Quaraqntine is a serious Declaration...if one is Quaranteened..one follows the law so as not to be a danger to others.  People can be jailed for being a danger by driving drunk, so we don't do it...similar.

.
Federal quarantine authority is limited to diseases listed in presidential executive orders; President Bush added "novel" forms of influenza with the potential to create pandemics in Executive Order 13375. Anyone violating a quarantine order can be punished by a $250,000 fine and a one-year prison term.

I read this earlier in the week. Yes, it is to quarantine the ill, but they could, if they so chose, SAY they suspected illness in anyone, they potentially wanted to detain for something. I'm pretty sure this is what 4=laro has heard, because I have heard this, too.

With driving, they can suspect you are drunk, ask you to take a breath test, and if you refuse, you go to jail, even if you haven't taken a swallow. All it would take is a "suspicion", and a person that doesn't think they should have to submit to their testing, because it infringes on their rights.

Be prepared for anything.
There is nothing to fear except the persistent refusal to find out the truth, the persistent refusal to analyze the causes of happenings. ~ Dorothy Thompson

Can you imagine how busy they would be taking care of moving goods and services?  They won't have the time or manpower to bother good people at home...if you are good people at home...no worry.

Half a town will be ill a few weeks and the other half a few wks....it may last 4 to six weeks in an area.  Then people will recover.  Things will get back to near normal.  Someone on a briefing said...there will be a lot of disbelief.  I don't think we will see any on going social unrest all through the nation...kinda hard to harm anyone when you can't get out of the bathroom for a week.... and then...your so glad to be alive.

One other thing to take into consideration is:  I don't just travel all over las vegas looking for things, but I have found 3 (i'll call them mini detention camps) camps with barb wire pointing in, to hold people in.  These are at water pumping stations.  The people can be rounded up for any reason and put into these camps and if they don't have the flu when they arrive they will by being mingled with people who do have it.  It's like an emergency room or dr's office, these are the worst places to end up.  The only thing as far as a silver lining that i find in this whole mess is:  There is no vacine and if the sheeple get the virus, so will the guards and enforcement people.  They aren't immune, I realize they can take Tamiflu while doing the culling of the sheeple but in time that will stop working.

I don't drink tap water, it's either distilled or reverse osmosis, do you think that could be the reason I have such a deep distrust of the rulling class?

Google "FEMA Camps" and "FEMA Coffins" if you want to get creeped out by this.  Don't do it before bed time though. :)
