The Minister told the house that 365 dengue cases, 246 chikungunya cases and 356 malaria cases were also reported in Delhi. Only the high-risk patients need to take the medical test in cases of swine flu, he said. There have also been four deaths in Delhi hospitals, of which two were of Delhi residents. The swine flu toll in Odisha today rose to six with two persons succumbing to the disease in the state, official sources said. On the day, as many as 24 samples were sent for investigation of which 13 tested positive taking the total number of H1N1 affected to 84 in the State.

Meanwhile, considering the rise in H1N1 patients, SCBMCH authorities on Thursday opened an additional 40-bed isolated ward of Ophthalmic Ward for treatment of swine flu patients.
