Ok, I am thinking of storing some items on my back covered patio or in my locked storage shed. I was wondering about the temperature fluctuations, 30's at night (not freezing anymore) 80's in the daytime. Is this going to have any type of effect on such items as water, bleach, juices, sodas that type thing. I keep thinking the temp changes have to affect the product somehow? Does anyone know anything about this? Also, in the summer it will likely get to 100+ surely it will hava an effect on the items then? Any tips would be appreciated, we don't have a garage or anything to store items in.

This is a very good question. I have thought about putting some preps in our storage building as well. My thought would be that the bleach and water wouldn't be affected by the heat  or the cold, as long as it didn't freeze.

The juice and the soda may be a different story. Extreme heat could have some adverse affects on the sugar in the soda and the juice.

I am hoping that someone else will come along here and answer this for us. Inquiring minds want to know......

Don't put off tomorrow what you can PREP today
