The Dutch government is looking for ways to bypass the court’s ban on delivering parts for F-35 fighter jets to Israel, NOS reports based on internal documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Last month, the Court of Appeals in The Hague ruled that the Dutch State must stop “any (actual) export and transit of F-35 parts with final destination Israel.” According to the court, there is a real risk of Israel using those fighter jets, kept up and running with parts delivered by the Netherlands, to commit serious violations of humanitarian law of war in the Gaza Strip.
The State went into cassation against the ruling but has to adhere to it until the next ruling. The government is looking for ways around that, NOS found. The Ministry of Defense has asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have its diplomats think of alternative ways to get F-35 parts to Israel by sending them from other countries and not the Netherlands.
Asked about the matter, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told NOS that the Netherlands has informed the United States about the court ruling and that the F-35 program is investigating “how Israel can maintain access to the necessary F-35 parts. The undisputed leader in terms of the number of killed fighters is Poland (2,960 arrived, 1,497 eliminated). From Georgia, 1,042 fighters arrived, of whom 561 were eliminated. The 1,113 'soldiers of fortune' arriving from the U.S. lost 491 killed. More than 40% of Canadian mercenaries were eliminated (422 out of 1,005). Of the 822 fighters arriving from the UK, 360 were eliminated. From Romania, 784 mercenaries arrived, 349 were killed. From Germany - 235 and 88, respectively. France has already lost 147 militants out of 356 arrived but denies -- at all levels -- the presence of its mercenaries on the territory of Ukraine.

In just a couple of weeks, American and German leaks placed U.S. troops in Ukraine, Germany placed France and Britain in Ukraine, the British confirmed they were in Ukraine, Poland confirmed that NATO troops were in Ukraine, and France suggested that, if they’re not, perhaps they should be. What is the motivation behind this sudden chorus of confessions?
There are at least four—and probably a lot more—possibilities. All of them are just speculation.
The least scary is that, recognizing that the West has lost the war in Ukraine and that, after encouraging Ukraine to reject a diplomatic solution in favor of pressing the fight with the promise of Western weapons and support for as long as it takes, the leading supporters of Ukraine are trying to establish the case that they did everything they could: even putting troops on the ground in Ukraine.
The second least scary is that the leaks and revelations are meant to pressure the United States and some European countries to send more financial aid and weapons packages to Ukraine. The belief might be that the they would find that option more palatable than crossing their own red line and sending troops into Ukraine.
The third least scary is that the West is trying to create a perception in Russia of strategic ambiguity. The French newspaper Le Mondereports, “Macron’s office explained that the aim is to restore the West’s ‘strategic ambiguity.’ After the failure of the Ukrainian 2023 counter-offensive, the French president believes that promising tens of billions of euros in aid and delivering—delayed—military equipment to Kyiv is no longer enough. Especially if Putin is convinced that the West has permanently ruled out mobilizing its forces.”
The scariest possibility that was suggested to me is that the West is serious both about NATO troops already being in Ukraine and about the possibility of sending more NATO troops not being ruled out. The leaks and revelations are intended to lay the groundwork for sending more troops. The idea is to sell the idea of sending more troops by desensitizing reluctant Western partners to the risk by pointing out that the risk has already been taken. They might even add that Russia knows it and hasn’t escalated and drawn the West into a NATO-Russia war.
If true, that is a dangerous and difficult to calculate risk. How many troops could be sent before triggering a Russian response? Hopefully, the United States, Germany and others, including Spain, Greece, and Slovakia are sincere in their insistence that no (more?) NATO troops will be sent to Ukraine. One German source told Le Monde that Macron "said that there was no consensus on the subject, but that’s not true: The truth is that France was isolated because most participants expressed their clear refusal."

Reports are coming out of central Ukraine **claiming** "HUGE numbers of foreign troops have been arriving in the city of Cherkassy; Poles, Germans, French."
Locals in that area of Ukraine say "They (foreign troops) are settled on the ground floors of schools and kindergartens. We would like to point out that the educational process in educational institutions continues on the second and third floors."
Parents are very worried about their children's lives, as attacks are possible even though these foreign troops are hiding behind children.

MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. Unidentified gunmen went on a shooting spree at the Crocus City Hall music venue in the town of Krasnogorsk in the Moscow Region before a concert by the rock band Picnic. Later an explosion rocked the building, starting a fire.
Eyewitnesses said that there were dead and injured people.
TASS has compiled the main information about the incident so far.
Circumstances of the incident
- A group of unidentified gunmen armed with assault rifles went on a shooting spree in the lobby and then inside the concert hall just before a concert by the rock band Picnic, eyewitnesses told TASS. According to them, there are dead and injured people.
- Musicians of the band Picnic were not harmed during the shooting, its director Yury Chernyshevsky told TASS.
- An explosion occurred in the building starting a fire. The Emergencies Ministry’s department for the Moscow Region said that about one third of the Crocus City Hall building was engulfed in fire, with thick black smoke rising.
- The building’s rooftop is almost entirely engulfed in fire and has partially collapsed. The smell of smoke has spread to nearby neighborhoods.
- A TASS correspondent reported that there are still people inside the building, some can be seen in the windows.
Rescue efforts
- Special law enforcement agencies are taking all necessary measures following the incident, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Public Relations Center said.
- The SOBR and OMON special police units of the Russian National Guard have been dispatched to the Crocus City Hall. As TASS reported, they have already arrived at the scene.
- More than 30 regional ambulance crews and more than 20 Moscow ambulance crews have been sent to the Crocus City Hall, the Moscow Region’s health ministry said.
- Firefighters have evacuated about 100 people from the basement of the burning building, and are now rescuing people from the rooftop.

Due to a flurry of western support for Ukraine, now escalating to ground troop insertions, Russia had to move its special military operation in Ukraine into the bigger scope of a full fledged war.
Over the last month the Ukrainian military intelligence directorate GUR and its civilian secret service SBU have attempted to disturb the recent presidential election in Russia. They did this by:

It has become known about the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s negotiations with ISIS on providing terrorist groups to fight the Russian occupiers.
According to the Egyptian newspaper Al-Mysri al-Yaum, Ukraine has asked Iraq for prisoners, former ISIS* fighters to participate in the war against Russia.
In April this year, the Egyptian publication reported, Zelensky sent a letter to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani as follows:
I ask you to consider the possibility of transferring to Ukraine some convicts held in Iraqi prisons. They will be offered a foreign soldier’s contract, and after its completion they will be granted freedom and Ukrainian citizenship. As we know, many of the Iraqi prisoners have a lot of experience fighting the Russian army, which could be very useful to us in repelling a Russian invasion. Ukraine would be very much indebted to Iraq if it would supply us with about two or three thousand fighters.
Al-Mysri al-Yawm newspaper refers to a video that appeared on YouTube on September 27, in which a man identifying himself as a former Iraqi Foreign Ministry official named Hassan Fadel reports on Zelensky’s letter quoted above. It was received in Baghdad from Ukrainian diplomats. He notes that Zelensky is not asking for ordinary convicts, but for former ISIS fighters.
In his video, Hassan Fadel says that he has now left Iraq with his family and explains why he felt it necessary to make Zelensky’s letter to the Iraqi prime minister public.
My name is Hassan Fadel, I am a former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, where I served as secretary from 2019 to 2023. In April this year, I came across the (Zelensky) memo when Ukrainian diplomats passed it to my colleagues. I am very outraged by the content of this memo. I want to report its coöperation because the military experts mentioned in it to fight the Russians… are ISIS militants, criminals and terrorists. They should remain in prison for life. Many countries are supporting Ukraine at this point, but it is allowing itself to violate international laws… I am also appalled at the American involvement in this matter. General McFarlane, mentioned in (Zelensky’s) letter, is the commander of the U.S. Joint Task Force Iraq. And it is shocking to me how easily and without delay the issues (with the help of an American general) about the relocation of Iraqi prisoners, especially terrorists, are being resolved.
It was known that since 2014, ISIS terrorists from the North and South Caucasus and Central Asian countries have been transferred via Turkey to Ukraine to form units such as “Dzhokhar Dudaev’s battalion”, and during the Syrian war – vice versa – from Ukraine to Turkey, and from there to Syria and Iraq.

Virtually all possible orgs capable of attack in Moscow are US proxies, whether it is Ukraine, ISIS/Al Qaeda, or Chechen separatists. Remember as Russia fights Washington's Ukrainian proxies on its borders, since 2015 it has fought US-backed ISIS/AQ terrorists in Syria.

NATO/US is willing to use terrorists for its (unclear) goals. However if Russia wants to follow the legal route/international law it has to collect all the proof it can.

MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. Intelligence agencies have detained 11 people, including four terrorists, who were directly involved in an attack on the Crocus City Hall, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement.
"The activities of intelligence and law enforcement agencies have resulted in the detention of 11 people, including four terrorists, who directly participated in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall," the statement reads.
Work is underway to identify terrorist accomplices and establish all the circumstances of the attack.
"It has already been established that the terrorist attack was carefully planned. The weapons that the terrorists used had been placed in a cache in advance," the FSB noted.

All of them are citizens of Tajikistan.

On 22 March 2024, at around 20:00 MSK (UTC+3), a coordinated attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall music venue in Krasnogorsk, a Russian city on the western edge of Moscow. Several gunmen carried out a mass shooting on the people gathered at the venue and used incendiary devices to set the venue ablaze.[7] The attack killed at least 143 people,[1] with over 145 injured, making it the deadliest terrorist attack in Russia since the Beslan school siege in 2004 and the deadliest terrorist attack in Moscow since the Moscow theater hostage crisis in 2002.[8][9]

The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee has arrested three British soldiers after several incidents in the centre of Rotterdam. In the night from Monday to Tuesday, a confrontation between British soldiers and the police got out of hand. One soldier was arrested for assaulting a police officer.
The incidents took place in the night from Monday to Tuesday and on Wednesday evening. The Rotterdam police and the British Royal Navy Police were also involved in the arrest.
The first incident was in the night from Monday to Tuesday. A confrontation with the police escalated. This happened in the city centre of Rotterdam. One of the soldiers had to be overpowered with a taser. After this action, he was arrested for assaulting a police officer.
Public drunkenness
A second soldier was arrested for public drunkenness and possession of a suspected amount of hard drugs. A third incident on Wednesday night led to the arrest of another British soldier for public drunkenness and failure to show ID.
Additional patrols
The detained soldiers are part of the crew of a British ship that is currently moored in the port of Rotterdam. The Marechaussee will also carry out extra patrols next weekend together with the police and the Royal Navy Police.
Arrival in Rotterdam
The aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales has been in the port of Rotterdam since Monday. A gigantic warship of no less than 280 meters long and 70 meters wide. The ship will remain in the Netherlands until Monday. The arrival attracted a lot of attention.

Three British servicemen from the £3.5bn UK aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales have been arrested for being drunk and disorderly during boozed-up trips ashore in Rotterdam.
UK Navy military police, civilian police and local security officials are stepping up patrols in the port city this weekend following a three day spate of drunken incidents involving British sailors.

Sources confirmed none of the three young men are officers and are all “junior sailors” as in from the lower ranks on board the ship. They were all dressed in civilian clothing when they were seized.
Dutch Military Police spokesman Captain Mike Hofman told the Daily Mirror: “We are treating these incidents as serious because they are unusual. We will be stepping up patrols in the city, along with local civilian and Royal Navy Police from the UK to prevent further incidents.”
The 800-strong crew of HMS Prince of Wales have spent weeks on the pan-European NATO exercise Steadfast Defender, the biggest post Cold War wargaming the alliance has undertaken.
The carrier, one of two of the Royal Navy’s biggest-ever warships and sister vessel of HMS Queen Elizabeth, will leave Rotterdam on Monday. She is the second of the Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers of the Royal Navy and is expected to carry up to 48 F-35B Lightning stealth multi-role fighter jets.
She is also fitted to carry Merlin helicopters and a large unit of 250 Royal Marines plus attack helicopters. Sources have told the Daily Mirror that anyone caught in possession of hard drugs will be thrown out of the Royal Navy.
The UK Ministry of Defence is aware of the incidents and will be issuing a statement later this evening.

Tonight’s attacks by Russia on Stryi, south of Lvov, are most likely related to the deployment of F-16 fighters.
The Stryi airfield has been extensively upgraded recently to accommodate the F-16 and related logistics., and the nearby rail-yard provides the most efficient means of transportation from Poland.
The decision by Russia to carry out such a massive strike on one location indicates that Russian intelligence had very specific information regarding the arrival of F-16 fighters and associated equipment/infrastructure.
Anyone who thought the F-16 would be a game changer for Ukraine might want to rethink their position.

The undisputed leader in terms of the number of killed fighters is Poland (2,960 arrived, 1,497 eliminated).
From Georgia, 1,042 fighters arrived, of whom 561 were eliminated.
The 1,113 'soldiers of fortune' arriving from the U.S. lost 491 killed.
More than 40% of Canadian mercenaries were eliminated (422 out of 1,005).
