This article is on the front of the Daily Mail in the UK today. It's perfect for any doom mongers out there!! lol.

Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesnโ€™t accord with the facts.

Unless you have a crystal ball,

No one and I really mean NO ONE ,can possibly predict what's going to happen in the next 6/12 months,

With international travel, Olympic Games ,mass religious festivals,

The World is C19's  hunting ground,

Never in human history have we faced a pandemic with all of the above mentioned going on ........

And we still haven't a clue about the long term affects of this still "NOVEL VIRUS"

Take care all ๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿ˜‰

From the article:-

Quote Scientists said Britain should bring in booster vaccine doses over the winter, minimise new variants coming from abroad and consider culling animals — including minks and even cats, which can harbour the virus

I am not sure the population will agree to putting down pussykins, although having lived in London for a time I would support the removal of all the feral cats!

You know what happened the last time all the feral cats were made gone, don't you?

(The first article is a little sardonic in tone, but facts is facts):

(This post also reflects the opinion of Manny, a former feral who is now a pussykins):

Woe betide anyone going after my moggies.

WillowbyBrat and I MIGHT FIGHT OVER WHO GETS THE PLEASURE OF KILLING THEM!!

My moggies, all rescues and from feral roots, are family.  I agree Manny:  "Bllllllt!"

Sadly, they did not read the historic articles about cats fighting the black death by killing the mice.  Mine think mice are cute pets.  They have even caught them outside and brought them in to look after.  It's my fault; they have learned to live with dogs, birds and the occasional rabbit - why not mice too.....

Trust me, the whole garden of Eden thing is less than perfect; when the lion lies down with the lamb, you get overrun with mutton.

I read recently that Covid has been found in 10 types of domestic animals including dogs. God help the government in the UK if they try to go after dogs. The UK is a nation of dog lovers. We went on holiday there in 2019 and I've never seen so many dogs on leads, they were in every shop, every cafe. You could order up dog treats along with your coffee and there were dog bowls outside every shop. It was remarkable. We also saw dogs that were so tiny I didn't even know they made them that small. Half our holiday snaps were of tiny dogs. lol.

Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesnโ€™t accord with the facts.

Mine too. And my cats. Also my cows, chickens, geese and ducks. One big animal family.
