   These PAHO countries are our neighbors...attached physically to the USA by way of Mexico.
It is important to know how well they are preparing for a possible pandemic.

(plans are looking much more organized and detailed, not that I agree with the facts of pandemic reporting)
According to the article, it is spelled out... if and how WHO may share human influenza information of one nation with another nation. ...
and then goes on to say... WHO (the Director-General)

"...may inform the general public about such an event if information about it has already become public.."
or
"There is evidence that the disease has already spread internationally." 

Now does that give us a warm fuzzy?

	When I compare the news to the actions of the countries around the world and WHO, they are in contrast and that concerns me. The news seems like it is very positive, everyone working on vaccines, good first results with vaccines, people and countries being more prepared, possible cases that were so slight they recouped on their own etc etc. Yet, we see that WHO says this is the biggest health threat, we see the countries behaving as if this is going to happen at anytime. I do not know if this is a good thing, as we too continue to prep or if once again, actions speak louder then words as far as the threat level goes.

Is it because, even though WHO is at the center, the ultimate report to the people...will be left up to individual nations? Because of the major impact on economies, they may be playing the ...tell the general populace at the final hour so as not to rock the boat game. It makes sense in a financial way... members here have talked about this many times, but it doesn't hurt to talk about... how things wil be handled. it may look rosey when it isn't , so I haven't gotton too comfy. I still feel the pre pandemic vaccines are to calm the public, they may help a bit? Not sure if I want to be given a ...nearly killed... virus the folks in Indonesia had.

	Its a hugely a financial decision to under report cases , It finacial death to any country who reports first a significant rise in cases. It would kill tourism and event export products. The WHO are ten guys with clipboards . There is a line between parinod and gullible. We are on it. I dont trust any country to shot itself in the foot finacially. In truth the virus could actually be in control right now. But to trust blindly no. Some scientists say SAR WAS PLANTED based on the way it was spread. I dont know all the facts on that story.

They are everywhere... funded by Mr, Gates (thank you Mr. Gates) http://www.who.int/en/ SARS was on here... from a civet...sold in wet markets. I am not greatly familiar with any plots on it....but I think it would be unwise for anyone to plant such a thing.
