Australia now has 2307 cases of novel coronavirus.

Three days ago, Australia had 1068 cases.

It’s this exponential growth that has experts worried. If cases continue to grow at the same rate, they will outnumber the resources in our health system.

New South Wales accounts for close to half of all of Australia’s cases, with a staggering total of 1029 confirmed cases of Covid-19.

Of those cases, 12 are currently in ICU - a rate of more than 1 per cent.
