"critical thinking - CoV - How to quell a CytokineStorm" What's your guys thoughts on Cliff High's hypothesis of using Vitamin B6 to help prevent a Cytokine Storm? |

Good find MrMouse! I always take D but just got some B6 and sent both to my son who is 26. Sent the liquid B6 in case he gets it and need it fast and pills for daily use. I think he may be correct because since taking D I have not gotten sick and I work with kids! |

That youtube video was stuffed with assumptions. It is possible one of the many was correct, but most are not. Bioweapon - it could be, but probably not, Kills mostly the young - actually kills some young, but mostly the old, Kills with a cytokine storm - it probably does for a few, but the iron poisoning theory fits the facts better, Death rate of 11-14% - at the height of epidemics, when all facilities crash, the death rate can reach 11% very briefly. I can't find any relationship between vitamins D and B6 on a chemical level. They are even soluble in Immiscibile liquids. D is fat soluble and B6 is water soluble; they don't mix. In his defence, this was posted in early February and we have learned loads since then. But although most of his advice will not harm you, overall I would take a hefty pinch of salt with it. |

Thank you Technophobe for your viewpoint. My wife would get bronchitis 1 to 2 times a year. She's a nurse so she's indoors 3 days a week for 12 hours, and she's already had 2 skin cancers removed, so she doesn't get the benefit of getting Vitamin D from natural sunlight. She started taking a liquid form of Vitamin D3, and she hasn't hasn't had bronchitis in years. |
