Possibly we should do like China. Round up every one on a beach and put them in a huge warehouse together and call it a "quarantine hospital".  Like the Diamond Star the 14 days starts again with each new case. 

They can get out early if they test negative [Oops - I forgot that there are not enough testing kits for the hospitals let alone this.]
