Go ahead GA...we are all watching....how can you social distance as a massage therapist, nail tech or hairdresser, tatooist?  Who would be stupid enough to go to a movie theater for 2+ hours with a bunch of other folks, even if you don't sit next to them, what if someone coughs...oh I guess that wont happen..right? Gyms? Whenever I used to go to the Y...I caught so many colds from that place, no matter how well I wiped the machines...it just bred germs!

https://www.news4jax.com/news/georgia/2020/04/20/gov-kemp-to-discuss-how-georgia-could-reopen-amid-virus-fight/?__vfz=medium%3Dsharebar

Kemp announced that gyms, fitness centers, bowling alleys, body art studios, barbers, cosmetologists, hair designers, nail care artists, estheticians and massage therapists can reopen their doors on Friday, April 24 — as long as owners follow strict social distancing and hygiene requirements.`

By Monday, April 27, movie theaters may resume selling tickets and restaurants limited to takeout orders can go back to limited dine-in service.

How on Earth can a masseuse or manicurist practice social distancing?

That is utterly insane!  You are so right, Tabitha.

What a farce!

His lips or pen are moving.

Unless you try to open now  you will have a problem  later when everyone is out doing a riot because they have no money, can't pad bills, losing their cars.  We HAVE to try this now.  LOL, would I go to a manicurist, hair cutter, masseuse NO.  But other people will go and some may have already had the virus or had the virus and did not know.  An Anti body test would be very helpful but all of this started in the U.S. in February/March and it is ONLY April!  People think everything happens like it does on a computer…right now...not going to happen!

Only in Georgia.

And wasn't this also the place a year and a half ago where Mr. Kemp was running for governor at the same time he was in charge of elections?

What a freaking horror movie...

It's probably better to have opened shops for hair and nails, they can be encouraged to follow strict guidelines.  I know people getting nails down at private houses.  People do what they do regardless.
