My neice lives in Vietnam and is a doc there. You should get numbers that show hospitalization or deaths. They DO not have things under control They stopped testing awhile  ago

(DJ-I have mixed feelings both on Trump-the elected US President and Iran. Trump most likely stopped a US invasion of Syria-h.clinton may have approved such a further US warcrime-but he is a disaster on almost every thing else. Iran did invest in healthcare, education (also for women-the Shia-Islam is more modern in that way. Sunni can be more conservative-our "big friends"in the Gulf are wahabist/salafist sunni extremists. I think the Iran-deal was the best one could get-blowing that deal up was stupid. Trump was not the only "leader"failing in dealing with Covid19.)
