Well given the EU (excluding the U.K) has almost double the cases per 100K as the US and yet isn't double or 1.5 X's the size of the US that clearly indicates a larger rate of infection in the EU. Are you disputing that is exactly what the graph depicts or are you saying the information the graph depicts is wrong?

 Bad COVID management and leadership by the 27 countries that make up the EU perhaps. That graph clearly shows the story as it stands now. Nothing else to the story.
