My Finnish husband  still  thinks I am nutty any time I try to discusss a possible pandemic. Locally,I dont notice anything different at the grocery stores as far as anyone stockpiling or buying any more than their usual amount of groceries. But this evening ,I  went shopping  and did discover the price of beef seems to have doubled overnight. Chicken demand and prices remain expensive as always....

As I told Timo ( my husband) this thing is coming and I feel it is better to prepare than pretend it will all go away.
