Does methane release mean more lightning ?

Melting sea-ice north of Siberia, melting permafrost, is causing a (sharp) rise of CO(2) and methane in the atmosphere. With the extreme heat and moisture does this mix cause more thunderstorms (wich start wildfires) ?
