	Bloody awful, heads should roll for that. My wife and I looked into moving to the San Diego area about five years ago, but with the threat of fires and ongoing die-offs in the Pacific Ocean (sea lions, tuna crabs etc.) I just told her that "the ecosystem is ruined" and we pulled the plug on that choice.
