The WHO has decided that "pandemic" is old phrasing and will no longer use it. The changed languaging is now...Under the IHR (International Health Regulations), WHO has declared a public health emergency of international concern.

LOL. They are doing the name change thing again.

This is there game plan. It has to be. Try to not cause panic by keeping everyone confused...

Somehow i think this will play against them. Trust is just so important in this situation.

So many countries are doing the XiJingPing two step. Seeing how he treated his own people to squash this shocked the global community, but now that is spreading,the litany of excuses and word salad  is just as disgusting . We saw the anger of the Chinese "victims" what makes other countries think there citizenry will react any differently.They are worried about panic? Combine that with rage and you civil unrest on steroids.
