They did act early, which is very good for them (so much better than Europe and all points west).


Given the number of cases they reported I would have expected a handful of deaths (in the 10-15 range which would still be a CRF below the average that WHO is reporting), which is not much. Only a few deaths could easily be covered up (pneumonia etc).
