Yes, four months in intensive care is a very long time....so sad for him and any family watching all that time. Btw, China's notification of this death has not yet reached WHO.......it will interesting to see how long China can delay the notification process. |

Three days later, and China still has not notified WHO of this death. The Situation report, which is based on what national governments tell WHO, has not registered any death in China since 18th May 2020. We knew that China is 'economical' with its data, but I am surprised that they are doing it so blatantly in a case that was widely reported around the world (and by all accounts in the Chinese social media). |

Maybe at this point they feel their 'work' is done, it's been well spread around the globe and every one's economy is trashed... maybe they don't feel they need to report to the big brother of health? No idea, I just feel sorry for the doctor - 4 months of misery for him, his family/loved ones... not cool. |
