   While the average cases in the U.S. are moving up, New Yorkers can proudly say we've beaten the new infection rate back to lower numbers than we had in the beginning.  This is what comes from using science along with clear and direct messaging and not policy and mixed messaging to beat this thing!  
Now if only deBlasio and NYCers get compliant with the seven criteria to open up!
