"Widespread societal resistance to COVID-19 is the main route out of the epidemic, To achieve this, as many people as possible need to be infected with the virus as the vaccines are not enough, even though they provide good protection against serious illness," it added.

	Good on Iceland. They join an ever growing band of countries who have realised that for the majority of people, Covid is not a major threat. We need to learn to live with it sooner or later. I'm all in favour of this kind of action. The UK has also gone this route this week. I'm hoping New Zealand will soon. There are bigger fish to fry in the world right now. We need to move on. I saw as well today that Justin Trudeau has removed his emergency powers in Canada after only 10 days. The Canadians have done such a good job at protesting and standing up for their human rights.
