ALL South American countries report decrease in cases from -7% in Venezuela (now also using Cuba vaccines) to -40% in Uruguay, Deaths down in most countries-only Venezuela +13% (last week 111, this week 125) and French Guiana reporting 1 death last week-this week 8 =700% increase...
