Meta topic - where to post about States

   A couple of weeks someone suggested that we post state news in the individual state threads. So I've been posting New Mexico announcements in the New Mexico state thread. 

But it seems most people are just posting state news in the Latest News thread. 

This is going to go on for a long time, so it feels like we should make a decision and try to maintain it if possible. 

 I always hit "new Posts" when I come back to the forum, so I see posts from everywhere that are new. But if most people are just going into Latest News and General News then they're missing everything in the States section (and everywhere else) 

I don't care which it is, I do think we should make a decision so it can be consistent - before the posts increase dramatically, which they will.
