I've been reading the papers this morning and they are banging on and on about this new variant and telling people not to panic - which of course worries people - and at the bottom of each article it casually mentions that there is no evidence that this variant is more dangerous then any other. It's so irresponsible. Everyone has moved on from covid now, it's old news. No one cares. People are getting colds/winter bugs and just acting normally, they are not testing - why would you? It's just a cold now for most people and we've all had hundreds of colds over our lifetimes. What amuses me is that the word Brexit was constantly in the press and on people's lips until Covid came along, and overnight Brexit disappeared. Presumably something new will come along shortly and we'll all forget about about Covid. Frankly it can't come soon enough for me. I'm so over Covid. |

KiwiMum...CoViD does not care for (y)our feelings...I hope nobody "enjoyed the pandemic" ...pandemics are not supposed to be "funny"...CoViD killed tens of millions...
