wow... at this link you'll find a WHO "aide memoire" dated today, "Infection control recommendations for avian influenza in health care facilities." very specific,  very current/concise.
 
looks like the long-awaited who web update has happened.

Great post!

Those recommendations tell me that they are at least concerned about H2H transmission.
